US Airways is teh suck

US Airways has horrible service. We had a nightmare of a canceled flight. The pilot announced it was a problem they've "never experienced before" and didn't know what to call it or explain what was wrong. I'm glad we didn't take off, but there is no reason for US Airways to keep the passengers onboard on the tarmac for 5 hours. FIVE HOURS. The stewardesses were rude and unprofessional. They also didn't serve us. We had to walk to the rear of the airplane to get any refreshments. No food was served. The AC was off sometime because of testing the mechanical issue. They opened the doors once or twice, but they closed them.

We all had to get different flights out of Italy, and most of us didn't get any upgrades or free flights. We were also promised a hotel room in Milan (where eight others and myself went), but there was no US Airways employee to help us when we arrived at the airport via train. We ended up sleeping on marble floors with no blankets or pillows. I will never again fly US Airways voluntarily on an international flight, EVER.
